The Story

As the sun slowly settles toward the horizon, the lake takes on the soft colors of evening. Gentle pinks and lavenders stretch across the sky, their reflections dancing quietly on the water.

Along the shoreline, a solitary heron makes its way across the fading light.

Sometimes it's simply the invitation to be still, look around, and recognize that God is near.
