Refund Policy

I want you to feel confident when purchasing an original painting or registering for a class with Art by Aimee Carlson. If you have a question or concern about a purchase, please contact me at aimee@artbyaimeecarlson.com

Original Artwork

Because each original painting is one of a kind, please contact me before returning any artwork.

If not satisfied with your purchase, contact me within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss the best solution. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the artwork arrived damaged or an error was made with the order.

Please do not return artwork without contacting me first. Return instructions and the appropriate shipping address will be provided directly.

Artwork Damaged During Shipping

I carefully package and insure original artwork for shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photographs of the artwork and packaging so I can assist with the shipping claim and determine the best resolution.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Classes & Paint and Sip Events

Class registrations reserve a limited space, and materials are purchased in preparation for each event.

Cancellations received at least 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 7 days before the event and no-shows are non-refundable. Registrations may be transferred to another person at any time before the event by contacting aimee@artbyaimeecarlson.com

If a class is canceled by Art by Aimee Carlson, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another available class.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
